We deliver smaller items using reputable couriers, who will deliver in mainland (UK) excluding postcodes (PH, PA, IV, KW and AB) where a small additional charge will apply. A signature will be required upon delivery. A tracking number will be provided so you can check the status of your item. We want our customers to get the best service possible; therefore we aim to get orders delivered in perfect condition.

Please ensure all items are inspected for damage and make sure all parcels are there prior to signing. If there is an item missing or damaged please notify us as soon as possible. If for any reason we cannot deliver an item you will be notified immediately.

We will deliver large items using a reliable courier service who deliver in mainland (UK). Our courier service will deliver your item to any ground floor room of your choice . The couriers will be a team of at least two people who will carry the item to your specified room.
